Got some questions for us before booking? See below for some FAQs

What do we need from organisers?

    • Space

      • We require a designated area for our camp, depending on the package selected. Specific space requirements will be communicated with you in advance.

    • Vehicle Access

      • For day and weekend(+) events, vehicle access is necessary to transport our equipment onto site. We can remove vehicles from the site once set up is complete, however we are unable to bring our full camp if it is a large distance from the car park with no vehicle access.

    • Drinking Water

      • Re-enactment is thirsty work! Access to drinking water to essential to keep our members hydrated and safe.

    • Toilets

      • Access to toilets is crucial for our re-enactors.

    • Set up Time

      • For our day and weekend(+) events, we require 3 hours minimum to allow our re-enactors to set up the camp prior to the event starting time. This can be either early doors on the event day or early access to the site on the day prior to the event start date.

    • On-site Contact

      • Please inform us of the onsite contact for any questions or issues that may arise during the event.

    • Firewood

      • For weekend(+) events, and where open fires are safe and appropriate, we would greatly appreciate any firewood that could be made available for our camp, however this is not a strict requirement. An open fire really adds to the ambiance, allows us to cook and if we are caping overnight it helps keep us warm.
