Something Missing?
If you have a skill/profession that isn't on this list, get in touch & we'll see if it fits!
Things to consider before choosing a role;

-
Is someone already doing it? Check if a member is currently fulfilling the role and if they need assistance.
-
Is it practical for events? While creative ideas are always welcome, ensure that your concept can be realistically set up and executed at events.
-
Is it safe? Remember that we operate in public spaces. Therefore the use of hazardous materials or methods, including chemicals, may not be possible
-
Is it authentic? Consider whether the activity aligns with our historical period and if its being performed using appropriate tools and methods.
-
Do you have knowledge about the topic? Be prepared to answer questions from the public. A deep understanding of the history and methodology behind your chosen skill or profession is essential.
-
We encourage skill development! If there's something you are interested in learning and a member already possesses that skill, there may be opportunities to learn directly from them, during events or downtime.
